Scattered!

I’ve been so scattered lately! Maybe it’s the weather? Freezing in the morning and HOT in the afternoons? I’m trying to be thankful that we still have great weather even though the day starts out cold… Chilly mornings are perfect to enjoy my favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte! And yet it’s still warm enough for Jillian to wear her darling dresses!

But, I feel like I’m suck in the middle of something. Maybe it’s because I’m impatient… I like to here or there, NOT in between.

Jeramy is the BEST!

Jeramy figured out for me how to blog on my iPad! Whoo hoo! Our dear computer is getting all fixed up! I like to think she’s away at Camp Apple. Makes me feel better. She’s been gone days and days and I couldn’t blog while she’s away!

Who am I kidding?

I’m the worst blogger! I haven’t belong regularly in FOREVER!

Anyhow maybe this will help me blog more frequently? We’ll see! Let me post some Instagram pictures and see if I can figure this out!

I did it! These were taken after one of our dinner picnics. The girls are such picnic planners and know all the good picnic spots around here. It’s harder to travel with all our stuff now… The wagon of death as Brady calls it, broke. It’s the wagon Mags fell out of… he is still a tad upset about that incident. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ANYHOW! Picnics are a big deal here and I hope the girls don’t lose this picnic bug! Each picnic gets better and better!

I am the best

I Asked For It! {Suisun City Family Photographer}

I knew Jen wouldn’t let me down! I said FUN and CRAZY! This family is NOT the sit and pose demurely type of family! They are fun and adventurous! If I saw them sitting sweetly on a sofa… well, I’d be concerned that were plotting some sort of scheme or plot! I’d be scared. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Encouraging, fun, adventurous, sassy, loving and WILD! Are some words that come to mind. This session needed to be fun, crazy and colorful! Just like them!

How about a little slideshow?

:::::::UPDATE::::::

Maggie got her tooth pulled on Wednesday and was quite the trooper! We went in the morning expecting to have her get some nice meds to make her a bit loopy, but ended up having to go back later in the afternoon to get put under general anesthesia. Poor girl had to hold it together all day long! She did SO good! Don’t get me wrong… it took me and three assistants to hold her down for the IV, but she did do good! That is a very scary thing to be strapped to a chair and… Oh! I was traumatized! After they gave her the IV I had to leave. As soon as I got to the waiting room she screamed and I lost it. The Dr. did warn me it was just delirium from the meds that make them scream. 3 minutes later the Dr came out and said it was done and that she was going to probably scream again coming out of the anesthesia… which of course she did! A few minutes later the Dr came out again to walk me back… Dr. S had me stand in the hall and listen to her talk. She was chatting with the nurses with the cutest lisp and she said, “Momma had to REALLY go potty! Are you gonna take the toof out?” She was cracking us up! Her first question was, “Do I look cute?” So it was difficult, but its done and not only does she feel brave, she feels pretty cute having her missing toof!

Now on to baby J!ย

I love this guy and his whole family! Honestly… They are the greatest! Each one of them is unique and special in their own way and together they are a perfect, crazy family! Faithful, fun-loving, tender, funny, loyal, smart, sassy and sweet! I could go on and on! And if you have any questions about movies… they are 99.9% right! It would be 100%, but momma J kinda had a… I dunno what it was! Maybe she was just nervous, but… I won’t get into it. I’m sure she feels enough shame about it. Especially ’cause I keep bringing it up whenever I can! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I am so thrilled that I got to take baby J’s pictures today! He is so adorable! He is only 5 days old, but it seems hard to remember what life was like without him! I feel so blessed I get to watch him grow and see how his siblings respond their new little bro.

I’m just going to brag a bit… The little beanie hat was made by Mary Rose! Really cute right!? Just think… she’s only 11! She is well on her way to be a great knitter like Myriam who made the In ‘n Out blanket! I made the little sweater… Little J-Boy makes it look so cute!

Sharon!!!! I love them! I love Jesse! I love you!

Why’d you have to bring up my slip?! Hehehe just kidding!

He’s so handsome in his sweater!!!

Jody

Breathtaking! I LOVE it! =)

He’s so handsome!!! Love his little face. Great photos!

Stunning, Sharon! What a lovely session! Beautiful. Love those newborn expressions. How darling!

It happened….

She busted her tooth again… My little Maggie! She is forever busting her lip or a tooth. This time she did such a good job that they are removing it. ๐Ÿ™ I’m so sad about it. Maggie is hurting, but staying pretty brave about the whole thing.

That kid is always busting her mouth.

Saturday night we heard screams… Maggie was hurt. As soon as I heard the screams through the open window… I knew this was not going to be good.

And as soon as I wiped the blood from her mouth… my heart stopped, tears burned my eyes and I knew. (Don’t worry! I didn’t cry till she went to bed that night.)

Jeramy called the dentist, and bless her heart! She came in to the office on a Sunday just to see Maggie. Maggie thought it was pretty cool!

Being that it’s a baby tooth we decided to just have it removed.

My baby is going to have a missing front tooth for quite a long time! All my girls got their teeth kinda late… Maybe they’ll let me keep the X-ray. The roots of that baby tooth are VERY long!

I am so thankful she let me take a few pictures before tomorrow. Really, I know its just a baby tooth, but she is going to look different. Of course she’ll be just as adorable, but she’ll look different. I can’t explain it… I’m just sad about it right now. If she was seven and the tooth was supposed to be out thats one thing, but she is only four. Jane is 7 and still has her top baby teeth. ๐Ÿ™ I’m just sad.

Maggie is actually kinda excited to have the tooth out! ๐Ÿ™‚ Ever since Jane lost her first tooth this spring Maggie has been waiting for a wiggly tooth!

I’m praying it all goes well tomorrow and that the procedure goes smoothly and she is still excited about it. Your prayers would be appreciated too!

I asked her how old she was… she’s not 5. Hence the laughter in the very next shot. Goof!

These pictures were to show her smile before the tooth was gone… You’ll see the fracture better in the last image.

I told her to NOT smile! ๐Ÿ˜‰ That lasted a second!

You can kinda see the fracture here. It slices the tooth in half straight across. Maybe the oral surgeon will have some sort of magic fix and she’ll get to keep the tooth!? I doubt it, but a mom can hope!

Nancy

Maybe they can stabilize it until it falls out. Fingers crossed. Love that goofy grape.
